I loved "the 4-hour workweek" and I became a follower of the blog Tim Ferriss. In announcing the release of his next book, I pre-ordered without any hesitation. This book is riding the wave of success of the previous book by taking the concept (somewhat sensationalist in this case) for four hours and applying the well-being in the widest sense (health, sleep, exercise, sexuality, etc). It is the story of various experiments (sometimes very extreme!) The author to determine "what really works". This book is full of advice on health or sports (such as a chapter on swimming, inspired by the Total Immersion method or another on the run, inspired by the Pose method). It is a shame that many products or methods quoted in the book may not be available in France. Reading highly recommended!
