The problem that have soooo many taken as a deduction criterion here, the uncertainty and slowed auto focus are not the objective but in the operation. Therefore, I can also understand "conditionally" the reaction of some reviewers. So the problem is with the mirror has to be folded for the LV, from a certain focal length then the system has problems to determine the auto focus, it does not happen if you use the viewfinder. The tripping times are faster than I am used to with my FZ28 and that means something.

This lens is for me, as a delicate woman with its 610 gr. Weight and together with the housing 1.3kg already partially in an operating time of about 1.5 hours., Somewhat tough to tackle.
