The name Gregor Meyle is especially so stuck in my presence, because he has performed with his own songs there. That Meyle is a good songwriter with a flair for intelligent lyrics, he proves on his new album mile for Meyle.
The beautiful acoustic guitar arrangements and the sonorous voice Meyles belong for me to the most beautiful thing I've heard for a long time out of the camp of the German singer / songwriter. Whether this with the fact that my genre is pretty strange otherwise, I can not say, but I think that songs like the cheerful "Keine Macht den pessimists" or the melancholic "You are the light" are simply are big ears cinema!
