On the PS3 of course all offshoots, from the Championship Edition and all Codemasters offshoot. What I hold from the previous Codemasters F1 games well, in 2010 it was thought, hm yes that are new as F1-game producer, give them time. In my opinion F1 2011 was a disaster, F1 2012 F1 2013 were in driving behavior quite different, both had their charms, but it just always something missing at Codemasters.

For F1 2014:
The first thing I noticed when I left the garage, was handling. The handling is not comparable to those of the predecessor. It comes very well with each front / rear wing adjustment to the curves and do not really have to struggle to bring the car around the curve. In general, the driving physics a lot "player-friendly" appears to have failed. Even if all the driving aids switched off, a F1 racing car after practice rounds 2-3 can be controlled without problems.

The AI ​​has improved. They fight more through the corners and not always put back the same as it was often the case.
The tires are no longer the main criterion of a race, but still important. The tire degradation is noticeably lower and that's a good thing.
When damage model, not much change, what would you expect.
The graphics are just better than in 2013, possibly even a bit.
The Scenario Mode is extensive and very amusing.

If one chooses a path, or a team, is in how difficult the route / how difficult the race with the respective car. I find a nice idea, but the difficulty with the routes I find now and then not properly interpreted, but that is probably subjective, because everyone has different preferences.

Why Codemasters it still does not make it to 5 years, herzukriegen a great F1 simulation: (Negative)
- Codemasters never used in games, unfortunately, the original display images, such as the number of laps and as often seen in TV's (Battle for 3rd or the like) and the tachometer is an own-design product. Due license can not fail in these things, the F1 games from Sony had this original ads, and precisely by the absence of this, even a lot of flair will be lost Codemasters.
- The pit stops usually last just under four seconds, that is not realistic, the teams are now much faster.
- The handling is still arcade-heavy.
- No optional insertion / lap of honor, for lacking the

- Wet races do not feel like wet race. Again, the car is much more easy to keep on the track.
