Customer Review

Little jealous I squinted as Oral B Sonic Complete users for some time on the travel charger to the Philips Sonic Care. After 5 days of vacation my battery Sonic Complete was namely always empty and manual mode was announced. A Travel Charger for the Oral B will, as you told me in the shop, no longer produced. You get more than what Internet merchants, if you look hard and such a thing will cost around 30 EUR. plus shipping costs. This is a facelift that I can not understand and find annoying.

So I decided just yet draufzulegen a hundred to owners of Philips Sonic Care with travel charger (!) To be, especially since the second handpiece of this limited edition represented a significant enticement. My Oral B is only two years old and you read here often times, that these things also like to go again broken after time.

I am excited about the Philips. She cleans measurably better with me. Measurable because I occasionally the cleaning result by coloring the remaining coverings with a special dye, which I got from my dentist's office, controlling. I have a crowding in the lower jaw and thus with respect to the cleaning some tricky points. The Oral B always left me even with very careful use of residual deposits. I always had to rectify. This is no longer a problem with the Philips. This device really cleans everything spick and span up into the most inaccessible places and after dyeing are actually no residual deposits visible.

Another advantage of the Philips is an acoustic control of the contact force. The spigot of Philips is supported somewhat movable backwards and if you push too hard, the handpiece begins to buzz unmistakably, to reducing the contact pressure again. I was surprised at how little contact pressure is needed. I must have for years pressed too hard, what teeth and gums determined did not look good. Also not anymore.

One reviewer complained about the loud chatter, if you accidentally touch one tooth with the ungummed plastic of the brush head of Philips. That's true, but it does not bother me personally, especially the brush head by the lack of rubber is narrow and thus manageable. As already mentioned, it comes in my mouth too tight and I'll be better anywhere. But that's a matter of taste. The teeth take the fact as far as I can tell, no harm. Since I am quite sure, because it does not cause the slightest pain and I can hardly imagine that the tooth surface and cause damage.

Conclusion: The Philips Sonic Care brushing my teeth at low contact pressure measurably cleaner than the Oral B Sonic Complete and I would to anyone who has a crowding and also like electrically dressing on vacation, highly recommend.
