The name Jamie Oliver will probably contribute to a better sale of this pan, while this pan has this type of advertising not necessary. What stands out of the box the first thing is the very solid construction. The pan acts as if it still makes one with good care in 20 years joy. She is flush, heated up on my induction hob very quickly and keeps the heat evenly. The red spot on the "ideal temperature" is obviously a nonsense, as every fried food has a different ideal temperature and the pan can not know what I'm going to put in. The coating is absolutely great. My roommate has conjured in wafer-thin pancakes with a tiny amount of fat that were very evenly browned and nothing stuck to. All the other things that I've prepared it (steak, fried noodles, rice meat) was very quickly and evenly cooked. What I have not tried and will not try is the use of metal kitchen utensils and cleaning in the dishwasher. But the pan is too expensive, if it should thereby be damaged. Cleaning is always easy, wipe again with a kitchen towel, ready. A very good pan for many occasions. They should belong to the basic equipment of every kitchen.
