This book contains all the basics of pastry (puff pastry, sanded and co ', custards ...) and many much more elaborate recipes (opera, gingerbread house, very thin cake decorations, sweets .. .). The value is absolutely excellent. Time to try and master all the recipes, one should be more able to innovate and adapt to our tastes and those of our loved ones! Of course this is a heavy pad that you can not carry around, but at least it contains clear explanations (written recipe on the left page) and helpful illustrations and practices. Each milestone is photographed and allows us to familiarize ourselves with the concepts that seemed insurmountable before us: roasting hazelnuts, preparing caramel ... No need to go check the stages of some recipes video on youtube, just is finally clear! My favorite recipes for the moment: the crescent moon hazelnut (they are all the rage if we make some of them heart-shaped, for example), chocolate fudge and honey (as good as my great-great mother if I believe my mother!), the brownie with chestnut cream and marzipan characters. Get cooking!
