As already mentioned, I have used this mouse more than 4 years and thus it can test.
Positively surprised me the quality of the mouse. It feels very valuable and by the rough surface gives you plenty of grip, even during long gaming sessions. The mesh around the cable makes it quite robust but also very tight, which can be disruptive in the first few months.
The key click was and always remained quite precisely, down to about half the time in which I had, more on that later.
The mouse wheel is very heavy and can be uncoupled, what I've always quite enjoyed.
On the bottom of the mouse there is a slot for weights in order to adapt them individually. Included is a small metal box for storage of the individual weights.
The laser is adequately dimensioned with 5700dpi. On the Go dpi adjust is also extremely comfortable.
In addition, sufficient keys are available, which you can move freely.
Unfortunately, the mouse has a few negative aspects. As mentioned above, the cable is quite tight in the first few months, then it is no longer disturbing. The really disturbing point however is occurring "Double syndrome", which arrived after about 2 years. You mean sometimes when you are registered click 2 clicks instead of one.
I therefore subtract 1 point, because it has occurred only after 2 years and I have then worked for 2 years trying. In addition, after 3 years of the mouse wheel was broken and could not be disengaged correctly.
Pro:
+ Habilität
+ Good cable
+ High DPI
+ Interchangeable weights with metal box
+ On the Go Dpi exchange
+ Mouse wheel ausklinkbares
+ Customizable Buttons
Cons:
- "Double syndrome"
Neutral:
o) very stiff cable
Restricted buy recommendation, since the error in the G500 is known and occurs more often. Moreover, already the G502 Proteus on the market, which is currently priced even with the G500.
