If the amount of water is metered correctly, it works fine-the tip that one should fill the protective bag Heat Packs up to the mark with water and then pour in is perfect. No dosing required. Too much water and the broth is cooking up out. A cup is so great warm, you can get a second cup half at least still warm up with perfect timing. Good product.
