Album that has achieved significant success in 1980 in the UK (# 1 UK) for several weeks but more limited in USA (# 17 US).
Start with two smashing hits "Super Trouper" (# 1 UK) and especially "The winner takes it all" (UK # 1 and # 8 US). Following an even removed piece with "On and on and on" before rousing finesse "Andante, Andante". Back to the joyful rhythm with "Me and I" before enjoying the charm of "Happy new year" and "Our last summer," two attractive melodies. And it continued with "The piper" where harmony vocals and musical arrangements still provide pleasure découte guaranteed. Still a nice catchy rhythm with "Lay all your love me" before the magnificent "The way old friends do" recorded live.
