This book is of exceptional quality. Accurate, effective, without bias. This book should be read by all fighting sports practitioner and / or method of self defense. I practice martial arts for 17 years (Savate, Thai Boxing, Judo, self defense), I thought to know a lot, yet this book taught me a lot. The technical dimension is easy to acquire the club, but the psychological dimension have less. This first volume brings an additional perspective on the fight that greatly enhances the ability of the fighter. Essential notions are addressed methodically explained and solutions proposed to hone her skills in a real "wild" confrontation (managing stress and fear, strategies and tactics concept of predator, surprise ... ). The writing is precise, every word is carefully chosen, numerous scientific and technical references confirm the reasoning. A colossal work that deserves praise.
