One of the best real-time strategy games of all time!

One of my first PC game was - no, not SC II, but Starcraft 1. Even then I found the gameplay class and then waited anxiously for the sequel.
2010 was finally over and I was almost from day one here.
You can really tell, everything is harmonious: The graphics looked good, though not high-end, the game should still run on as many PCs. I had absolutely with my former Intel Quad 4x2.5 GHz and a Geforce 9800 GT with 4GB of memory in any case, no performance problems.
The story of the campaign was really well done, even if some might have seemed a little silly and a whole not as bleak as flippant in Starcraft 1. Nevertheless, I found the great designed with the command ship and the many conversations and cutscenes. The missions were nothing to be desired, from easy to difficult crisp everything was there.

The multiplayer has also a lot of fun to me. I have rarely played a game with a good balance so as Starcraft 2 (of course was gradually refined with patches). The matchmaking was usually very fair. A truly innovative matchmaking.
Actually, I'm not a "trophy collector", but in Starcraft 2 I was like obsessed, "yet 50 victories, then haste NEN new account portrait, cool!". The online community I have a very positive experience in most cases, only rarely had people here who wanted to make the running game broken. Then there was tons of fun maps that were mostly created by the community and loved to play.

The game is just amazing good and extensive. But why then "only" 4 stars?
I find the price too high. 3 parts of the campaign is to offer all at full price already fierce. Sure you can wait with the purchase even 2-3 years after release. But who wants that? Adequate WOL would at full price and the following to "Addon price" for max. 25 been. I buy not a new game, but an extension with 1x new campaign and few maps and new units for multiplayer. But I am to blame: P
