The tapes are indeed different degrees (red = light, green = medium, blue = high) - in my opinion it is to start for someone like me as "office worker" a balance needs or need to do something for his back right. The tension of the belt is not too high, so that you can repeat the exercises a few times without the same feeling pain on muscle.
My wife and I use it for several years at home and the "back exercises" every week in the club. A new band I have just about bought, because I when hanging on a sharp edge "torn" did the old.
Nevertheless, clearly 5 star. For such a good exercise machine an unbeatable price (good exercises are included in the booklet also inside - so no need for "gymnastics club ..." to use it).
If only one - practicing and you have to (unfortunately) still himself - but the body reacts really quickly it. Two times a week for 20-30 minutes (about 5-8 exercises after a short warm-up) already brings a very good training effect.
