Once again a fryer I gave up the ghost thought long and came across by chance on the Tefal YV9061. At first I had the single in sight, but I decided to buy the duo. In addition to the technical descriptions of the other recessions I just want to say: the taste is super. Meat tastes like it came from the grill, super juicy and tender. We mainly eat poultry. Fresh goods need hardly läner as frozen foods. The taste of French you have to get used to, however, the typical fryers taste is of course lost. But luckily there are also other things as fries, you eat :-) Warm food is not so wise, it just takes a lot longer than on the stove or in the microwave. But potato products taste even then. Meat is a bit tough. I use in most food no fat, even if you want, but I put in a few pieces onion or pepper, the liquid in it's enough out so that the food does not "anpappen". Right after a week I bought a second device, in a four-person household. Family prefers this food and if I now somewhat conventional manner made re there is the same long faces :-) It is advisable to make its own "cookbook" and record the times. There is so much more food than in the accompanying cookbook. I have tried a lot and so far succeeded in everything ... but the correct cooking time is what matters. The acquisition is worth in any case.
