What can I say great result, 1 bag of one liter of whole milk stir with a whisk, 12 (approximately 38-40 degrees.) - 14 hours in yoghurt maker with no power (Power-free My.Yo yoghurt maker, lime) was allowed to stand, then a few hours in the refrigerator. The yogurt beautifully appointed, creamy, mild, just as it should be. Remove 4 tablespoons of and you can thus start a new yogurt - 3. For my part I can only recommend these cultures. Addendum: I've found that it strangely best with UHT milk 3.5% works. With fresh milk from the farmer it was spite boil and temperature control only sour milk instead of yogurt.
