I will not say that this book is a miracle or that it saved my life. Simply, after 20 years of smoking in major consumer (over 2 packs / day on average), I could not imagine being able to stop all of a single day, patch-free without medication, especially without pain or anguish. There. It's been one month now that I live without tobacco and I owe it to this little book. Ok, its morality is null, ok, it is poorly written and boring to die. Anyway, the result is there. And it is surprisingly easy.
Update comment: nearly two years later I am still not smoking.
