For her solo debut "The Miseducation of ..." was Lauryn Hill from the Fugees with success (more than twelve million records sold!) And awards (including five Grammys) swamped.
And rightly so. All songs on the album were "produced, written, Arranged and Performed" by Lauryn; which is no mean feat for a quasi-debut.
"The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill" offers further an almost perfect mix of hip hop, R & B and Soul, how seldom experienced. But not only the music, the lyrics are meaningful.
In addition, Lauryn has a super voice recognition.
This album is an absolute must for all true black music fans !!!
