Musically this album is sublime for me beyond any doubt. However, the processing of the "Back-on-Black" double vinyl edition tarnishes this joy a little. The vinyl is in itself looks good and also does not sound bad, but the label is pressed unclean in my edition and begins to bubble. However, a nerve is the quality of the cover. The Klapcover is processed properly, no question, but the print quality is totally lousy. On the one hand the image of the warrior is only cut to see the other, the resolution is really bad. It was just the CD cover upscaled with all printing artifacts, etc. You can see all the "pixel" in an enlarged version. Here one would have to exploit the size of LP quiet and can show as a whole the cover in full resolution. If I aufklappe my CD cover has the better quality as this pressure here.
My conclusion: Great music but lousy implementation.
