I personally know Elena and I had the chance to follow many courses with it. This book is in his image: warm, full, exciting and full of anecdotes that allow to understand the world of Siberian shamanism.

With this book, those interested in shamanism can explore the cosmology of this spirituality and practical techniques (that work!) And are very well described by Elena.

The audio CD provides for me is a real plus. It allows to overlap the sound of the drum for seeking answers from helping to improve our lives and our own perception of the universe.

In short if you are interested in shamanism, please buy it!
