Comfort I would after ~ 1 month use as good to very good call (day trips up to 8 hours).
First, the fanny pack: DSLR with battery grip or something like D3 / D4 / 1DX
do not much fun, but the place is just too cramped.
With me is a D800 with L-bracket, a 24 and a 1.4 18-35 in it.
Especially the D800 with L-angle seated quite Spack, Canon User
have it better here, the 5D MKIII is good one centimeter flat.
Here it should be said: the LEE adapter rings are with me always off
the lens hoods for ever from (= not included).
Room dividers were a few here, the ground was cobbled together from these 3,
but they are kicked out directly from me.
Fuji X or Olympus m4 / 3 would certainly fit in here easily with 3 lenses.
An APS-C DSLR probably with smaller lenses as well.
One side is completely occupied by the opening of the abdominal pocket quasi,
on the other side there is a compartment for a hydration bladder. Have here a 2.0L Platypus in use,
it will also fit the 3.0L but I already imagine very closely.
Up there 2 compartments, a fairly flat for gloves or something and a bigger one.
(For the larger compartment there is also a camera-inlay, if you want to store additional lenses).
For tripod mount there are 2 (or 3 with Tripod suspension kit, see manufacturer's website) opportunities.
I carry the tripod preferably on the side, because the weight is quite close to the body.
Although the panorama is possible during rotation 180, so this is not an optimum solution.
The tripod would be on the same side as the bladder and the
then brings quite an imbalance, particularly since one to the other
Page can not pack as a counterweight.
Since the backpack is generally rather narrow I'm going a bit better
try elaborated solution and carry the tripod back.
Fortunately, in this case also no openings be obstructed,
such as. the Think Tank Streetwalker.
