This sausage filler I bought already 4 years ago at Westfalia. For sausages with caliber 24-26 the device is not suitable: Crank, rack and pinion are all made of plastic. After 8 kilos filling compound (smallest nozzle), the crank adopted: twisted. Rebuilt on Socket with Ratchet to the shaft of the gear after a further 15 kilos turned off. Irreparable damage. Conclusion: not suited for Saitling under 24mm !, because feed mechanism too weak. "Cheap buy is bought twice".
'I now have a new sausage pusher of Beeketal stainless steel: that's fun and keeps the machine determines 30 years old, even if they cost three times. Conclusion 2: Good equipment is unter'm line cheaper, even if the purchase price is higher.
