Or what happened to the cookbook?

I just got the yogurt maker, nothing to say on the packaging, delivery, etc ... As against the recipe book is conspicuous by its absence, not easy in this case to start using it. Disappointed, because I read in other reviews they have had the same problem as me. Amazon should have long since overcome this problem. What are they doing?
