I bought the game yesterday and will write here, whether it is worthwhile to buy it:

per:
- Good soundtrack (but is desolate after several hours)
- Excellent story mode, just a little short
- All 7 booster packs available from the beginning
- New hairstyles + clothes
- More D-Runner and Runner-D rides options

Cons:
- The map is not as good as at WC09 (aerial view)
- Gradually it is quite boring

It's a good game, you should buy it, but can also do without it. But for true fans a must!
