Meticulous work in the development of the main characters, original without being caricatured and a very engaging psychological depth.
The story might seem simple a priori: Back in the past, JFK assassination ... Think again!
All the extraordinary ingenuity will develop around questions of destiny, the ability to change the course of events, our free choices and consequences ...
Stephen King develops an extremely interesting idea about these questions (I'll let you see ...).
The construction of the narrative is beautiful and it is not rare that we take on false tracks.
Of the dozen Stephen King novels I read, 11/22/63 clear wins my preference.
I was away for hours of delightful reading in powerful atmosphere of realism with a very cleverly constructed and thrilling plot.
Of course this book will appeal to those who appreciate authors who take us into their universe, in moods, making us live almost palpable moments of sensations and emotions rather than the authors that emphasize the rhythm and action. If you enjoy these first: do not hesitate, you will enjoy. If you do not like the latter you may indigestion because the book weighs miliar pages.
BRAVO and THANK Mr. King.
