Tyler returns from, and indeed great! The very short version.
The score begins what is the main theme for the character Thor. Scary powerful and saturated recorded with chorus this issue is much faster and more aggressive than the slow melody of its predecessor. Loud and full force, the orchestra and the quasi omnipresent chorus resounds from the speakers and the density and width of the music rips one with. The main theme is going directly into the ear and thus joins the tradition of good subjects of the series.
In Lokesenna is a presented the second major theme, carried by a female voice radiates the subject of awe and seems to float above it all, accompanied by strings, it is repeatedly cited or pitted and also stands for the sad moments of the film. In the play "Into Eternity" will aufgefriffen again and shines in all its glory.
Asgard is the third major theme, a huge tune full of power and strength, the perfect symbol of Asgard. Accompanied by drums and a choir and beautiful strings, it is one of the many highlights of the album. Just like the other two major issues there ziet located throughout the film and through the album.
My absolute Higlight remains for me but that Loki theme, not a big melody or composition but only a small sequence of tones discord full and dark thoughts, not big and strong but rather mysterious and opaque. "The Trial of Loki" and "Shadows of Loki" and "On unlikly Alicance" are perfect examples of this. Even the Dark Elves have a motive which consists of particularly hard and millitärischen sounds.
Equipped with these themes and motifs, Tyler takes us on a journey. The sound is consistently wonderful, very direct and full of power. Breaks there is sufficient to briefly air zuholen to be mitgerrisen back again from the epic sound to it. The orchestra does a great job, it all sounds very clean and full of dynamism. The music is for me never overweight even though they may so act, repeatedly, there are fine examples of small labor of love. The action content is very high, but he is in the film, too, so you know what you're getting into. There are always little lighter passages which ensure smile as in "Battle Between Worlds".
Overall a great score which I hardly can give criticism, only that one is no longer hears from Patrick Dolyes work to its predecessor pity but it will be compensated with great new themes and a great soundtrack. Brian Tyler is by now one of the greatest composers of our time.
