Obituary came audible in the year and it is to them as already failed to "Darkest Days", the charm of about albums like "Cause of Death" or "The End Complete" succeded in modern times. Of course, nobody expects the band innovative advances, but a bit more than here's a classic metal riff or there times a few samples would have allowed to be quiet. Although the album containing the Triple "Centuries of Lies", "Violent by Nature" and "Pain Inside" starts promising but then acts increasingly repetitive and monotonous, and has less and less recognizable character.
Overall, I therefore remain even after repeated listening to the album back a little perplexed. Undoubtedly, not a bad Mucke, but without the Obituary bonus nowadays hardly anyone expected vorlocken behind the stove. If Obituary wants to recapture the throne of Death Metal, a little more creativity would be needed.
