Since about 3 weeks I am the proud owner of a Bosch MUM56340 with (almost) all the accessories. I had this kitchen appliance purchases due to the many positive reviews and received promptly and well packaged. First tried the blender for fruit. The result was great, really nice smooth puree. Then tried the schnitzel factory (I used a Kenwood "chipped"), which convinced me completely. When Kenwood awful lot went wrong, the Schnitzel Factory was cumbersome and also to clean bad, against the MUM was a dream. Huge red cabbage shredded totally in a few minutes away. - Also, the agitator was my turn, and that for relatively heavy dough (batter with or without baking soda is anyway beyond doubt). The dough was kneaded without problems, very evenly and quickly - I was thrilled. The last time I tried the juicer, and also find my full approval. We now drink freshly squeezed orange juice. Remove Super Lightweight and clean, which is also true for the other components. The description is sufficient, you have the tricks to get out quickly, everything can be mounted well and lose weight again. I miss the Kenwood not, as I had only feared. The Bosch MUM is (must have been well developed by a housewife) well thought out and is hardly to beat in daily use.
