When unpacking, I recommend just using the scissors, I cut myself directly to the hard plastic.
Furthermore, I am very satisfied, extra handset and three brushes. Travel Case is super.
You can use the device easy with two people.

Update 27, 2012:
Continues to be very satisfied, have understood only in the aftermath that there is a difference, this example is a sound brush, my wife came on it because in the prism (RP-TV-newspaper) was a report where it was reported on special toothpaste.
Then I did some research and saw that we have a SchallZB and requiring special cream is necessary :-)
The UV cleaner we use every day in the evening, cleaning the device is very simple.
We had the example with on holiday, really great. Battery lasts with us two loose one week.
We test next week, the smaller brushes and I'll get then determined again with an update. I want a long-term test set here. I'm very curious to see if our models are also defek as soon after the warranty, or earlier.

Update July 16, 2012:
We had three weeks of vacation with a machine and two brushes in Travel Case and the Travel Charger. In the bag fits only the Charger.
Once we had to charge, when brushing teeth morning and evening, with two people. Everything worked perfectly. The Charger was fine as a stand.

Update May 13, 2013:
Currently one of the hand items is defective, a call to Philips and we get without discussion replacement, expected within two three days. The error began with two short silent "hum hum" and since the handset vibrates like a "jackhammer" in hand when you turn the brush.
The Philips Support is really great, we exchanged a WakeupLight without problems just 6 weeks before. Here even against a superior model, because it was our model not available (Philips has previously asked us if that is OK).

Update October 28, 2014:
Since the last exchange of the handpiece from May 13, 2013, both hand parts run without problems. The first since 2012 without interference.
We take one of the brushes ALWAYS with you on holiday, thus running at least one always all 365 days a year in a two-person household.
I have made with a permanent marker at the exchange last year, an I and II under a the equipment, in order to understand which handset is the younger and charging alternately by my own manual "Cycling" principle. I pay roughly thereon to the last battery status bar to discharge that seems to do the hand parts well. The older model still holds in a 5 day trip about a month ago without charge for two people.
The charger for the journey is really great, the brush thus never flying around.
