What is Wild Star? I see Wild Star as a perfect mix of a classic MMORPG and ... something Ratchet & Clank: D
Me personally fascinates Wild Star - despite a few shortcomings, are already dealt with the other reviewers, but do not bother me fundamentally - and that's why I forgive full 5 stars. I've been playing with my release and am almost Mainchar LV 50. I read through my texts and the Quest, which is really recommendable. Whether one likes it or not the humor is probably more a matter of taste. I love cartoons Tiny Toons alla, Shrek and Ice Age and brings me a wild Star laugh. Here are some stories * really angry in W and it will be killed en masse NPCs before my eyes. This morbid aspect in contrast with the carefree, boisterous humor can be pretty strange, therefore, come, I like it but just that! I think W * takes itself not particularly serious :)
THE CHART
----------
... Is as always a matter of taste. I keep it short: there is a!
The world - that nexus - is ... I do not find just the right word ... huschi. War of colors and shapes, so to speak. I feel the graphic style (based on aesthetics) - precisely because of the Comiklook - very appealing, because timeless and ... huschi. Technischerseits (considering the partial low-resolution textures) would ensure more, but that bothers me personally rather nuts. The aesthetics and attention to detail make up for it. Something's happening on the screen and in my pear.
QUESTS
------
Quests are the core 08/15. So hunt, collect, search and find hope. And sometimes create things from A to B. In principle, this is something with which man is confronted in general and as it actually exists in every game. Packaging is crucial! You get in W * not level (always) just have a job where you have to carry 10 critters with your standard attacks to the afterlife. No! You get a job where you put 10 mutated critters by the catch of traps have (which may trigger too soon and get you if you're not careful. Muahahahaa!), Or you gotta hunt equipped with special quest utensils through the zone hunt, or the story once again evolves completely different. Here Carbine was partly very creative and there were just a few quick examples.
There are race (of course with sloping, fast vehicles), Pursuit, Quests with tricky jump and run deposits, different mini-games, quests with smaller puzzles, tasks under time pressure, soothing exploration quests, quick quests in between and Episode quests (ie longer quest chains with beautiful but which sometimes is not so easy to find Story), duty underwater tasks well above water, hidden treasure chests with tons of epic loot (and can be reached in particular), mini instances, public functions and events, personal path quests blablabla .. .and by the phasing technology sometimes you change your environment sustainably. Nevertheless, you can always see and be together with them on the road all the other players. They see the world just do not always go the way you see them. That's science fiction! ;)
Lengthy and senseless way and forth omitted often (but not always!) By the communication system. Once an order is filled, you will often radioed from the quest giver and can deliver the same and thus the quest - if it exists - launch the next task. This is a good feature in my opinion. A -> B -> A -> B -> C -> A ?! Mileage allowance ?! No !!
What else is there to say? The Quest lyrics are kept relatively short and rarely set to music. From the can keep what you want you, I need not necessarily because I read anyway faster than the speaker can talk. Who wants to know more about his job as a text box is above the NPC, just looking for the quest log, here everything is given in greater detail. There are even find readable books on Nexus, which are partly multilaterally and come up with exciting and interesting stories. So who wants to delve deeper into the story gets good in any case the opportunity!
NICE LIVING
--------------
The Housing System is awesome. Not only that one here has many ways to build his dream home according to his wishes and to set up, you can get through the interior also useful buffs (eg when to log off in the house etc). However, the Housing is not limited to a home, but also includes gardens, training facilities, crafting station and much more. Dir is a whole floating island available! The things which you building meet all its purpose, it would be too much, all list here and explain. I think this system alone could captivate me for months.
The combat system
---------------
... Is the heart of any RPG. It decides whether the game can be fun in the longer term, or whether it is boring. I think the rapid combat system very successfully. It has even targeted and be dodged, automated and self-targeting attacks does not exist, tactics and reflection in the foreground. Shown at the bottom called telegraph what your char is good and what is not. These are colored areas, where you realize the scope, and opponents have something. Getting out of the red circle !!! Spring at last !!!!!!
One more thing: There are many different unlockable skills, you can always buy the same but only 8 of them equipped. So you have to think about what role you want to play as before. During the battle you can not replace them anyway.
FURTHER
--------
On more I will not go into my review currently. With PVP I did not so much experience, but generates definitely much humor and I think I'm not so bad at it:) A bit messy flashing through the felt 100 telegraph it can in larger battles indeed be, but that makes it all the more interesting and tricky;)
To buy or not? MY CONCLUSION
-----------------------------
Well. Hmm. If you do not scare the Comikgrafik, you're more likely to Theme Park MMOs as ouf sandboxes and an action-heavy, fast combat system prefer, then Nexus could be your new home planet! The mass of different ways to have fun and climb to progress in my opinion outstanding. Consider that this game is far from the market and already now can easily overwhelm by its complexity and possibilities. The game world is very much alive and the presentation and the humor are real ... huschi. I for now my new addiction MMO found anything shows the future and the development of the game in the right direction, hopefully. I hope you had fun reading, eventually we'll see at Nexus!

General statement on my reviews:
I work neither for the operation / operations of the reviewed products, nor do I have anything professionally with product testing at the hat. I do this only because ...
1. ... it makes me primarily fun :)
2. ... I am also pleased about your reviews who advise me often better and more honest than many retailers in the shop
I try to be objective, but I'm sure some entsprudelt also more or less my subjective perception in conjunction with a variety of experiences that you just so accumulated in life. I am, after all, only human! LG Frank Bach alias fraenksn
