The shear zone was delivered in an intact original packaging. In the first application I noticed that is defective, the shaving foil on one side. Trying to shave with this shear zone yet I can be fast again as the unit tried to remove the whiskers in the long run. Unfortunately, the original packaging was already disposed of so that had waived a return shipment. I am assuming that the seller not to blame special I have certainly received a "mon product".
