Practicing Yang style for over ten years, I lacked detailed explanations on many points of the original form of master Yang Chengfu (only one very brief manual in English and sometimes contradictory changes made by his heirs). This is why I bought this book on the Chen school hoping to find answers, and I do not regret it. It is a work exceptional in every, in which we can add almost anything. The sequences are accurate descriptions and photos associated with the end web, a full summary in the form of drawings of each posture. The first part of the book dealing with more general topics is decorated with many photos and drawings that make it interesting and can be read independently.
