The game sounds incredibly well to (the music channel are great and the engine sounds has incredible way to improve again!), Sometimes there is only slight misfire in the engine sounds, so they get caught short.
Visually there is nothing to complain about, I'm not sure whether there is actually a nicer console game. The weather effects look great, just like the game world, the appearance of the cars have to, I think nothing more to say. Especially I like very much that the cars now also correct dirt collect in offroad trips, which is washed off by the rain.
The control is of course somewhat arcade-heavy than in the Motorsports offshoots, but not as strong as for example in The Crew or Need for Speed. Of course you can again decide which driving aids you want to use yourself at any time.
The player customization and tuning options are forza typically very extensive, endless finish options, tweaking and finally a pair of new wheels!
Another plus is the online mode, there is no waiting in lobbies more, it only takes a few seconds and you're online, quasi while keeping it still drives around on the map.
What is something that bothers me that I can no longer tilt the function of the controller buttons as it was still possible in the previous parts (camera change on Y, look back RB), so I made the habit out very often rewinding when I really only the view wants to change. Furthermore, I would have liked a pair of beautiful mountain roads on the map.
In summary, I can say, Forza Horizon is with Forza Motorsport 4 the best offshoot of the series. All those who are even vaguely feel a fascination for cars have with this game last a lifetime!
