I have this cable channels along with the corner connectors used by the wiring to my PoE to install surveillance camera.
The channels 16x8 enough to two Cat5e Ethernet cables plus two bell wire wires embarrassed. But then it is already very tight in the channel.
Note the patch cables are of different thicknesses. Two AmazonBasics Ethernet patch cable do not fit properly. A AmazonBasics Ethernet patch cable and a BIGtec LAN patch cable (which is thin) fit without pressing.

BIGtec cable:
PSC = 1

The channels can be easily cut and glue - a round system. The corner joints look good and relocated channel 8x16 is relatively unobtrusive.
