To review cookware is always a double-edged sword, the devices use the time, sooner or later inevitably from. After my first experience, I have nothing to complain about, the pan has done excellently in practice. So far I have had only pans with a Teflon coating in use. The advertised Green Pan and used in the pan Thermolon ceramic coating is this date in every way and, moreover, is particularly thermally conductive and thus heating quickly, as I discovered when searing of minced meat.

What I most like about the product further, the weight and thus the good stability of the unit. Who, like me, cooking on a gas stove, knows this good support is greatly appreciated. Overall, it seems to me this is a very valent household appliance that I will use in the future on a regular basis.
