Functional Back forwarding

The first time, only the USB inputs have to work (which is probably due to my lack of computer science background, but there are no installation instructions in the package are, one can not expect).
I put a warranty claim and get a new adapter forwarded. This time worked out the installation, but the criticism remains the same:
The packaging has been opened, the CD was loose in de back of the package, there was no installation instructions, temporarily the installation was in Chinese, where I could only guess, what I'm doing.

Nevertheless, now everything works and I am satisfied with the result.
