The plastic housing is stable and the liquid can be easily fill the bottom piece, where the nose piece sits on the pivot thread. So far, the "shower" leak proof once the opening of the upper nosepiece is turned to "Stop". I find this particularly advantageous to a ready for serving take the road (coming bags anyway around it). In order for us to retain and the plastic is not slow, I clean the nasal douche either warm water or in a Corega Tabs solution.
The nasal douche is similar in the hand like a Sprühinhalator. The nosepiece acts great, but it does not need to be implemented entirely, but fill or cover only the nasal vestibule. There, a little pressure on the valve so that the solution flows. The pressure is sufficient for mild to moderate nasal congestion. How the case is in the stronger case, I can not say (yet). The reconstituted solution I can take good and find it convenient (not just on the go). For permanent use, I consider it as overly expensive.
For inexpensive combo set (about 16 euros) I admit, however, like a 5-star buy recommendation.
