Basically, I was very satisfied with the device, but it works for almost 2 years not quite right, the data collection falls to about 20% of, accordingly, only 80% of the route is recorded. Since the device is still under warranty I called Garmin. After I had about 10 x attempts, I finally made it ... but only in the hold, where I then stopped me in 44 minutes. In approximately 1 minute conversation I was actually, I thought helped competently. I should receive an e-mail with the next steps, but did not come up today, unfortunately. Since the hotline is only active during the day, so far I could not call again because I can not wait 44 minutes while I was working. I have always been convinced of Garmin, even though I also had problems with three Garmin Forunner, but this customer service seems to be method to move the clients to abandon me. So - with this poor service - I can absolutely not recommend to my experience also very susceptible devices ...
I got my Garmin now back, it works, but there is again a star to. However, I maintain that the service is an absolute impertinence ...
