We made two pizza doughs, an enclosed from the recipe book and a from the Thermomix. Both were delicious, but it was from the recipe book just great. Below properly crispy and crunchy in the middle of wonderfully relaxed. The pizzas were delicious. 7 pieces we have baked - then - rum - unfortunately the stone broke in half. Because we are certain to have done everything right, we complained about the stone at Pimotti. A mail, brief explanations and schwuppsti wuppsti was a new stone in the house.
