I say this now because I was last night on the advice of a friend in Cologne's city garden at her first concert in Germany this. Back to the concert: they played a nearly 2 hours set before unleashing 350 spectators. After 3 minutes, it had happened to me. I was trapped! Trapped in their musical universe. A shiver ran down my after another back. Joy, sadness, Party, melancholy, beautiful songs presented in many languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese ...). A warm, extremely variable voice, absolutely top notch.
Your band was an absolute power (acoustic guitar, bass, drums & percussion, and accordion!). The drummer, as it turned out later, the drummer from the big Khaled. That says it all I think. Extremely tight they were playing with a crazy Groove. This was simply world class.
I commit myself to: SOHA is the better among all African-EUROPEAN Ladies like Ayo, Asa and his associates. Who to honest music that it knows should zuvereinen tradition and modernity strike here necessarily.
Probably the best artist / album of the year for me.
I wish the sympathetic SOHA the success it deserves. I was privileged to be there. 350 people before they will soon no longer occur ... It will be bigger venues. That I do not doubt for a single second. Maybe yesterday I even saw a world star.
