This device is a handy and easy to use to use because it includes two independent separate plates, so that you can cook on one side meat or fish at a certain temperature and on the other side of vegetables or fruits at a different temperature. I am extremely satisfied and uses every day. Maintenance standpoint, it's very easy. I highly recommend it to all those who have not experienced the plancha, appliance retaining the original taste of all foods and dietary since very requires almost no fat.
