Diablo meets Baldur's Gate

Dungeon Siege 2 does consistently mood, the addictive nature of the previous reviewer I can also confirm. It is not really boring, you always have to do a quest / Side Quest.

Character development is well arranged, one can develop his own mixing characters from the 4 branches.

You run with his party through the area you get some say a Baldur's Gate Feeling, is probably at the green circles of party members and the adjustable Iso-view, which is pivoting and zoomable, but not quite free, which I now and then a little disturbing.

Graphics are really beautiful to look at, sometimes you lose, unfortunately, a little track in the fray. Here, however, the pause function remedy.

The game world as well as the opponents are really varied features, quests and items abound.

The main quest is actually quite exciting and drives a constantly through the game (one wants to know pointed continues ;-)

For me, the linear system is actually great because I got so always something to do and looking where it goes and I do not ever have to roll through my quest log.

A dialogue system also exists, but by no means reached the depth of BG, I personally find a little pity. Similarly, the crude comments of some Party members are simply "unnecessary". Here one certainly could get even more and would have been nice now and then a little more interaction with the environment / characters.

Nice I found the various shrines, where you can activate songs and thus strengthen the Group on x-ways.

Dies the party can be an NPC in town his Ausrüstungsgegensände "retrieve", but what does it cost half the gold party. Or you make yourself out to find his grave stone again and so gets his items.

DS2 is an action role-playing game and similarities to the two big brothers Diablo and Baldur's Gate nobody can deny.

In addition, some new ideas have been added such as the arts of the characters, the shrines or the pets that you can recruit in the group as a companion also.

In summary, because of the beautiful graphics, interesting character design options, the many monsters and items, a good gelungenem gameplay, the now and confusing combat situations and the somewhat flat dialogues smooth 4 stars from me :-)

Definitely worth the purchase for the current price of 25. Hope there will be Part 3, which would then probably be perfect for me NEN ;-)
