I got the ham weeks after the scheduled date without being informed too late to offer as expected during the holidays. Unfortunately, there was still a piece of bone which made it difficult to cut. I reported the problem. The seller asked me a photo that I sent ... no news from him since. The ham itself is of good quality but the after sales service is not in the TOP. Too bad!
