I left out the third book in the trilogy that did not end too early but it was a big mistake. Both the second volume is an independent history where we find the characters 1, 3 so there is the end of 2, no more no less! I had forgotten the names of some characters and "Queen of the Air Current Palace", there are many (too?) Characters! The intrigue already is more "political". Bomkvist survey SAPO and a special section (CIA plot how the Swedish sauce). I thought it was so much less interesting than the story of Harriet Vanger, disappeared for 20 years on a island !! I love the character of Lisbeth that I find complicated, interesting, engaging and original enough. In the third volume, Lisbeth is central to the plot but finally the story focuses more on what revolves around it rather than on it especially. So, it created a novel that drags on, with I-don't-know-how investigators. Finally, I would say that the translation is not of good quality, there really has phrases that sound "weird" and somewhat authentic! To summarize, if you like Lisbeth, you are not interested in political surveys, this book may disappoint you compared to the previous two. But it is true that once again the book reads the same, we want to know the result (although sometimes one wonders if it will happen!) And get to the end of 700 pages. For me, the first component remains undeniably and by far the best of the trilogy (I loved the proximity to the second with the character of Lisbeth though) and the third is really the least!
