Humor and protagonist, FSK Recommendation
Rufus as the protagonist, this game is still an anti-hero. Taken Morbidly selfish and of himself and his abilities (?), He makes fast with acts of chaos and scandalizes with many a game character to what he is but even maneuvered around. Thanks to this characteristics of the "hero", it is desirable in the game and even necessary, frequently morally to act correctly and like to combine things together so that this simply I break something or someone is placed on the palm. Harte Kost so for moral high ground - where it is less macabre to go to a human and two animal exceptions as in Edna & Harvey: Harvey's New Eyes. Macabre me is otherwise rather funny and held in trick style Adventures Not really, but I can take it with good humor in the game, what Rufus causes more or less as intended. But this also means: note Rated recommendation! This also applies to some sayings that are torn, and some violent scenes - are comic-like, thereby also trivialized. Cartoon characters can halt insert some ;-)
Main problem / -Spielziel
Rufus' (partly for selfish reasons) Adored Goal has also in this part again one by Datasette in her head caused "brain" -Damage. Repeating, you want to shout - but the damage is this time an entirely different nature and gives rise to three main issues that need to be solved step by step: This time it is not the majority of the game unconscious, but her personality was divided into three parts. So Rufus must be equal to 3 different characters convincing that to do what he thinks is right. A remote control can be switched back and forth between the 3 Goal characters, what is needed to complete a task too often.
Games World / Puzzles structure
The world roams the Rufus is created this time is larger than the predecessor; even if the structure of the game as a whole is again similar: a long time and a lot of mystery to the first main objective in a world after that it's very erratic with more, but less detailed "worlds" to the finale. The puzzles both at the floating black market, well the first half of the game played in the, as well as in the small scenes in the second half of this time are not a linear structure; that is, you can at various points further puzzle to get the main objective (Goals treatment to the doctor) closer. The advantage: It depends really rare finds there is always something to try out and you learn the environment know well. The downside: Much walking around (the scenes were cut but luckily), and you forget happy times one or the other note, if you do not systematically persecuted him. Not all dialogs can be repeated as often as desired. Therefore, I advise all weaker memory for oblique contexts or less time to play through the game pretty quickly to take the good old notepad on hand. But it's worth it! One thing that personally something bothers me about Adventures, coming here again to bear: Sometimes you have a place that you had already checked off, visit again because it has been changed by an action elsewhere something (for example, the presence or absence of people). That is, if one hangs, you should scour all "scenery" again.
Mini Games
Again one of the party are typical of Daedalic minigames. Some have this time I really enjoyed, others I just do not get it. But I will not be regarded as shortcoming, because the mini-games are not mandatory and you can skip easy to go straight to the solution.
Soundtrack and Neencharaktere
But the best change for the first part of the supporting characters: They are time quirky, profound and witty in their interaction with Rufus. The scenes are animated nice, and the soundtrack has really in itself, from the upbeat scratch until well arranged Blödel song. Thanks Rufus I grinned often in anticipation of what was about to happen - and had to laugh out loud several times, when unfolded the chaos or a stupid saying stalling everything. Conclusion: It's really fun to get involved in the world of Deponia! So charismatic was for me since Simon 2 no longer a game!
One more thing for the presentation:
- For old adventure rabbit this is a good old point-and-click adventure. But Daedalic waiting here again with a better inventory (can be changed on the classic), a dynamic cursor (the most useful in the situation functions such as view and response, can be operated with right and left mouse button) and the hot-spot button on (displays all items in a window by which the player can interact.
Conclusion:
I can only advise to buy, if you stand on quirky humor, quirky characters, and sometimes a little crazy puzzles. Pure logic fans and 3-D fanatics should steer clear of it but perhaps more. But you missed something!
