I also like games we Thunderstone or Dominion - but it's a nice change of pace, time to experience a small, handy game that does not need a giant package and still has an astonishing amount to offer.
You collect various artifacts that give at the end of the game to win points - but only if they have been laid in the grave. That's the interesting point of the game: cards are used as means of payment and have individual skills that are needed to move ahead. But victory points they only give when they are placed in the grave, that takes from the game. But then one can no longer use their skills up. So you weigh from: Hole I look at the points or I keep the good map rather in the game - but then I might run the risk that there is in the end no more time to put them into the grave.
Even after several games makes the game fun and you can always try out new cards. The three, but especially for couples is the game a hit.
NOT UNDERSTAND I CAN notes concerning the alleged COMPLEX INSTRUCTIONS. The game really is not very complicated and the instructions not very thick. In 15min you have read them, and the few rules you have to be really noticed quickly. We had at least never look up anything. And text-heavy the cards are not; the lower half of the card offers only small historical notes, but you do not need to play.
So overall a great, lightweight, but also not too easy, exciting game that surprisingly has a lot of depth and very chic comes along.
