That was on January 2, the appointment was then to 12.1. agreed, that is already decided for too long, but allegedly was not possible earlier. In the late afternoon of the 12th then appeared the technician and checked the damage. "The thermostat is defective, the I have to order, and then I'll come back." On this day, the 19.1. we still have nothing from TS24 heard so first put back the phone and the Hotline called:. "The missing piece is not delivered as soon as we have it, we will contact you in connection Unfortunately I can not tell you also, how long that will take. "
This is totally unacceptable, this is purely Technikservice24 impertinence! Anyone who buys this freezer should be aware that in case of failure repair runs tough and tedious. Perhaps you would have with the local dealer a few bucks to spend more and would it not this trouble ...
Addendum dated 30.1.2012: After another call and empty promises when Technikservice24 we are still not on. Amazon contacted, the freezer goes back now and we get our money back ...
