Entertaining but nothing special

Sorry my French is not good enough, so I must review in English. While I found this book entertaining, I did not think it much better then the average thriller. Its something to pass the time at the airport or the beach, it is by no objective means clustering great literature. I am by the fact facsinated It has sold So Many copies. Why? The author plays fast and loose with historical fact, so I hope the average reader Does not read it as fact. If you like thriller / mysteries with year arcehological bent, check out: "A Tourist in the Yucatan" entertaining read!
