I'm a fan of Marvel's Avengers and generall the Marvel Comic hero and was very pleased when I saw this game for WiiU. At first I was, however, not sure if I should buy me the game because the reviews on Amazon and also in magazines mediocre to poor goods as the price now is very favorable, I gave the Avengers a chance and was not disappointed. The gameplay is quickly understood, because it is a beat em up. However, it is not necessary as in Street Fighter or Tekken complicated combos and Tasenkombinationen to memorize and practice, as each character has only 5 possible moves that is initiated either by touch control on the game pad or via motion with Nunchuck and Wii remote. This can be seen as a plus or minus. Positive easy accessibility is because you can- make instantly with each character moves all is negative, that is boring and monotonous over time as each of the 20 characters controls equal. Particularly striking is the in Heldennodus where you have to play through with each hero a sort of tutorial to complete the mode and get trading cards. One has with each of the 20 heroes perform 16 moves which is neither exciting nor fun. What some reviewers complain that you can play the game only on TV if you opt for the Wiimote / Nunchuck controller. If you play the other hand, with the gamepad (like me, because the touch control much faster by hand than is the thumb control) you can see the game only on gamepad. On the one hand logical, because you have to see what happens on the touchpad as the 3DS otherwise the concept is not funktionniert why you can not see possible for viewers of the game in addition to the TV, however, is really incomprehensible. The Rumgeheule in reviews and video game magazines because of you need a WiiMote / Nunchuck I find ridiculous, as the stands clearly on the package and there probably everybody who has a Wii controller has already had this. Who only the Wii U has just buys the equipment because Nunchuck and Wiimote represent ordinary additional controller next to the game pad, just like the Procon Roller also. In Kampanienmodus you play a little profound story through which the Skrulls (green aliens) attack Earth and the Avengers to defeat this. What I loved it here, the beautiful cartoon images with which the story is told and the German synchronization of the speaker and the Avengers itself is well done. Furthermore, there is a tutorial mode, Arcade mode where you defeat a certain number of opponents and it gets experience points (as well as in the Kampanie) and so his status ever more improved which is very motivating. This mode can also be played in pairs. Another multiplayer mode is the tournament where one of three or four can fight each other. An online mode, there is not in the game, unfortunately, this would certainly have been funny because it is indeed nice to have a high status but if no one sees the ists only half as nice ^^. In the game you play collectible card (which can be displayed next to the player name in the profile of the game) and free costumes for the characters. Here is negative to mention that you can buy some costumes just in e-shop and the prices are violently (from 6,99) that annoys me totally but in this game it is personally irrelevant because the costumes are just so nice goodies that you do not necessarily need. If you have to buy all the pawns on the other hand to instead can freely play this is a Katastrophe- but here thankfully not the case. In Challenge mode, there are 20 different tasks to exist that are not easy and require some practice (that's when Kampanienmodus different, I had completely with only one defeat). The degree of difficulty in the game you can not adjust unfortunately.
All in all, I find the game very fun and motivating as you want to collect all the trading cards and the highest status even if the game is repetitive and thus you do the same thing over and over again. Unfortunately, the game is also free if you play all very short and you can do it all in one / two days. If you like the Avengers and the game should start with aknn beat em ups something to watch again just because of the low price.
