I bought this book and cd to practice meditation as part of a therapeutic ACT. My ACT workbook recommended to meditation sessions and I needed a support. So I turned to it. I would say that only the end of the book really served me: He quickly explains what meditative practice, positions and context of each meditation proposed by the CD. Otherwise, the book contains "aphorisms" from the books of Jon Kabat-Zin. I think it is a bit "compilation." But that may invite us to read his books. It's better to read in VO since translation errors are avoided. I think it is a good support to engage in meditation.
