Tyr bring their fourth album "Country" as a limited edition with DVD on the market. So I made this: The Wacken Open Air knows every rock and metal fan. On the bonus DVD, the entire appearance of the band is in 2007. And I think because you have to not say too much, because it is after all, the Wacken Open Air. The band performs there polarizing from the outset. The DVD is therefore just great. The fans at the Wacken Open Air going pop, it is much feared and the mood seems to be huge. Now to the CD: Tyr, as some people think of Viking Metal, where you must be careful with the term in the context of Tyr however. When Viking Metal is usually sung with English, Finnish or Norwegian, Tyr singing (mostly) Färörisch. Only a few songs are in English. In addition, the singer's voice, Heri Joensen, very clear, and in the Viking Metal is sung rather rough and coarse. You can see that the Death-Meatl band Amon Amarth who are wrongly spoken by some people in the Viking scene, in my opinion, particularly well. Personally, I would say, Tyr is a blend of power metal and Nordic folk, so Power-Folk, or Nordic power folk metal, or whatever it's called. The songs on the disc are captivating. They sing gerna times without music but with multiple voices that complement each other almost perfectly and make the whole thing sound very heroic. They sound by singing ago but already as Viking Metal, if not for the melodies (the more power metal for me) and the votes (for me Nordic folk) would. My two favorites on the disc are "Lokka Tattur" and the title track "land". The songs sound very heroic and are totally captivating. The other songs loved it here because there are mostly Nordic God songs, or even sung legends of heroes that have been made by the Scandinavian Metalern to metal anthems. The complete album is so very heroic and captivating and the tracks are designed interesting. Oh, that I also wanted to get rid yet. The Textbook (or Lyrics Book) I like very much, because all the songs are not only on färörisch therein, but also translated into English, are written there. In short, this album is really worth 5 stars, because, first, the DVD is very interesting, and secondly auchh anything wrong. The tracks are simply great and total Nordic power folk metal style. The heroic sounds captivate an approximately 68 minutes before the rig and approximately 47 minutes lasting DVD captivate an appropriate for the time before the television. "Land" is therefore one of the best albums of 2008, and everyone should know this album. From my very strong buy recommendation!
